Club Wynwood is ~22,000 sq ft of outdoor space in Miami's Wynwood Arts District, with a ~4,000 sq ft covered structure for when it rains, its own parking and its own liquor license. You bring the production; we hand over the space. Available from October 1; the building, from November 1.

It fits. 300 guests in banquet layout are 30 tables of 10 in the Garden, with service aisles between tables.
Welcome to Club Wynwood. This is the site seen from the air: about eighteen thousand square feet outdoors, with turf, two rows of real palms and hedges all around. Along the walk, the thatched structure. And from the street to the building, a paved walk where everything comes in. Only the outdoors is rented: you bring the production, we hand over the space.
Does your event fit? Up to six hundred people standing: this is what they look like, to scale, inside the garden. Or about three hundred seated: here are twenty-four round tables of ten and one sixty-seat banquet table along the walk, drawn at the same scale, with room to walk between them. Above that it does not fit, and we would rather tell you before the visit.
What if it rains? That is what the structure is for: four thousand square feet under a thatched roof, on timber posts, open on all four sides. It stops the sun and vertical rain. What it does not stop is wind-driven rain, so a winter event should budget for side tenting. The rest of the garden stays open-air, and in Miami that decides the date more than anything else.
How does production get in? Freight has its own entrance, apart from the main one: from NW 1st Ct, onto the paved strip beside the building, continuous and level. A forty-foot truck unloads a step from the structure and the door, without touching turf. The main entrance, through the parking lot and the walk, stays for your guests. The exact gate width, the available power and the rest of the measurements are surveyed with you at the visit and delivered in writing.
What is here, and what is not? Six furnished cabanas in a row, fixed picnic tables and an area where a bar can be set up, with its own liquor license. The building at the far end, where the walk ends, has two levels: downstairs, a double-height hall with a kitchen and restrooms; upstairs, a mezzanine with four private rooms. It is rented separately, for events or as an office, with its own plate, and covers green rooms, a catering kitchen or a plan B under a roof. Outdoors there is no kitchen, no fixed enclosure and no climate control: catering sets up on site. Production, sound, lighting and furniture come with your team, and that freedom is precisely the point.
What does it look like set up? Like this, for instance, at night: the stage on the parking lot, facing the walk, your bar under the thatched roof, the crowd on the turf and ambient light strung between the palms. Everything you see lit up is built by your team. What you do not see, the firm ground, the shade and the walk everything came in through, was already here.
How much does it cost? We do not publish rates, and it is not to hide them: the package is built around your event, by date, by the space you use and by the setup. Tell us what you have in mind and we reply with real availability and terms, in writing.
What now? The outdoors is available from October first and the building from November first. If the site works for you, request availability with your date and guest count. This is the volume of the site: standing reception, a long dinner along the walk, or a stage on the south parking with a crowd on the walk and under the structure. The walk splits it in two, and that geometry drives any layout.
Open air, no enclosure. The turf is artificial, so it will not turn to mud; point loads need spreading.

The site's permanent shade. It takes sixteen tables of ten, the client's bar on the walk side, or a small stage.
For vertical rain it is enough on its own; with wind you will want the sides closed. Clear span between posts is surveyed at the visit.

They come with the site: they cannot be moved or taken out of the layout.

It is zone 02 and goes separately. With the garden, it covers what the outdoors lacks: a catering kitchen, green rooms, restrooms and a plan B under a roof.
The shell is handed over with its kitchen and restrooms. Whatever is installed inside today belongs to the building's operator and is not part of the rental.
