How much does it cost? Do you publish your rates?
We don't publish a rate: the price depends on the space you use, the hours, the day, and whether you need to set up the day before. Send us your date and guest count: our team reviews it and gets back to you with a quote and availability, with no commitment.
How many people fit?
About 600 standing or 300 seated using the whole venue. The exact capacity depends on your layout and is confirmed at the site visit.
What happens if it rains?
The Pavilion is ~4,000 sq ft of covered space under a thatched hip roof, open on the sides. It's a permanent roof, so it works as your rain plan without moving the event. It handles rain that falls straight down; on a windy day, you'll want to add side walls.
What's included when I rent Club Wynwood?
You rent the outdoor space: the ~18,000 sq ft Garden and the ~4,000 sq ft covered Pavilion, separately or together. The Garden comes with the six furnished cabanas and the picnic tables already in it. Production, catering, sound, lighting and any extra furniture come from your team or your production company.
Can I bring my own caterer and bar?
Yes. There's no required vendor: you bring your own caterer and bar team. There's no kitchen outdoors: the caterer sets up on site, or uses the building's kitchen if you rent the building too. There's an area to set up a bar.
Can I rent the two spaces separately?
Yes. You can rent the Garden and the Pavilion separately or together. They sit side by side and share the central walkway, so together they work as one continuous venue rather than two separate rooms.
How late can we go, and how loud?
The curfew and the decibel limit depend on city rules and the venue's license; both are reviewed at the site visit. If your event depends on running late, tell us when you inquire so our team can look into it from the start.
Are there power, parking and restrooms?
There's on-site parking. The details — amperage and phase, number of parking spaces, number of restrooms, freight gate width, curfew and decibel limit — are reviewed with you at the site visit: we don't publish them because we haven't measured them ourselves yet.
Does it have a liquor license?
Yes. The venue holds its own Miami liquor license, which not every venue in the area can say. There's an area to set up a bar, run by your team; our team goes through the terms with you.
When can I book it?
The outdoor venue — the Garden and the Pavilion — is available from October 1, 2026, and the building from November 1, 2026. For Miami Art Week (November 30 to December 6), send us your date and our team will check availability.
Can I rent the building as an office?
Yes. The two-level building is rented separately, for events or as an office, from November 1, 2026. Its kitchen is an add-on you can include when your caterer needs it.
Where exactly is it?
At 2129 NW 1st Ct, Miami, FL 33127, in the Wynwood Arts District: a four-minute walk from Wynwood Walls, three minutes from I-95, six from Midtown and the Design District, and sixteen from Miami International Airport.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes, and we recommend it. At the site visit we measure and confirm dimensions, capacity for your layout and the infrastructure details, and your production team can check whether the venue works for what they have in mind.
