The venue holds up to ~300 seated guests, with the grand entrance and the waltz in the Garden and dinner and dancing under the ~4,000 sq ft covered Pavilion. That covered space is also your rain plan, so the date doesn't depend on Miami weather.

The grand entrance is already built

The paved walkway runs from the building door to the parking lot: 15 by 108 ft between two rows of real palms. It's a ready-made entrance aisle — nothing to build, no runner to roll out — and your photos get palms, open sky and the Pavilion's thatched roof in the background instead of a wall. The Wynwood Walls murals are a four-minute walk away. The same walkway works as a runway for fashion shows; here it's simply the entrance aisle, with no stage and no backstage.

Dinner and dancing under cover

The ~4,000 sq ft Pavilion covers the seated part of the event, which solves two problems at once: rain and the late-afternoon Miami sun. The six furnished cabanas in the Garden give older guests a place to rest. If the party is a Sweet 16 — standing, with a DJ and no waltz — with fewer than ~150 guests (according to the layout; confirmed at the site visit), the Sweet 16 page explains when the Pavilion alone is enough.

Your decor, with nothing to compete with

The venue has no look of its own to impose. That matters more at a quinceañera than at almost any other event: the colors and the setup come from the family or their decorator, and here there's no carpet, no chandeliers and no ballroom decor competing with them.
