Quinceañeras
The site takes up to ~300 seated guests, with the entrance and the waltz in the garden and dinner and dancing under the ~4,000 sq ft covered structure. Those covered square feet are also the rain plan, so the date does not depend on the Miami sky.
The entrance has a walk
The paved walk runs from the building door to the parking lot, 15 by 108 ft between two rows of real palms. It is an entrance aisle that already exists: nothing to build, no runner to roll out, and the photos come out with palms, open sky and the thatch of the tiki hut behind, not a wall. The neighbourhood murals are a four-minute walk away, at Wynwood Walls. It is the same walkway that serves as the runway for fashion shows; here it is an entrance aisle, with no stage and no backstage.
Dinner and dancing under cover
The ~4,000 sq ft structure covers the seated part of the event. That solves two things at once: the rain and the five-o'clock Miami sun. The six furnished cabanas in the garden work as rest areas for older guests. Your decor, uncontested
The site has no aesthetic of its own to impose. That matters more at a quinceañera than at any other event: the colour scheme and the build come from the family or their decorator, and here there is no carpet, no chandeliers and no ballroom competing with them.
