Why Wynwood
Wynwood is Miami's arts district and, for an event, three things make it different: the neighbourhood is walkable, it is three minutes from the I-95 access and sixteen from the airport, and the murals give a backdrop no ballroom can build. This page is for whoever is choosing a neighbourhood before choosing a venue.

It is walkable
Wynwood is one of the few places in Miami where people walk. For an event that changes two things: guests can arrive early or stay on without depending on a car, and an activation open to the public receives people who were already outside.
It is well connected
Three minutes to the I-95 access, six to Midtown and the Design District, nine to Downtown and Brickell, sixteen to MIA airport and eighteen to Miami Beach. For an event with out-of-town guests, those sixteen minutes to the airport are worth more than any brand argument. For the rehearsal dinner of a destination wedding, with the family landing on Thursday, there is a page of its own.
The backdrop already exists
The Arts District murals are the set no ballroom can build, and they cost no production. For a wedding, a quinceañera or a shoot, that means photographs with a recognisable place instead of photographs with a wall.
What to bear in mind
Wynwood is a neighbourhood with housing and with nightlife, so noise and hours are regulated and street parking is limited at weekends. Those are the two questions worth asking any venue in the area, and we go through them with you at the visit.
Who lives and who spends around the site.
Wynwood is not only a mural district: it is a neighbourhood of bars, galleries and shops with its own year-round crowd. These are the figures for the immediate area, the same ones the property is marketed with.
