The Pavilion
The Pavilion is ~4,000 sq ft of covered space: a four-hipped thatched roof on nine timber posts, open on all four sides. It is the site's permanent shade zone and the rain plan for your date, without changing venue. For vertical rain it is enough on its own; with wind you will want the sides closed.
Why it matters in Miami

It is not a room: there is no enclosure. That keeps ventilation and visual continuity with the Garden, and it is why the site reads as one space rather than two. It books on its own, without the garden: for a small event or a Sweet 16 under ~150 guests it is usually the right size.
Rigging and heights
The Pavilion's roof is thatch on timber. Eave and ridge heights, and any hung load, are measured and approved at the technical visit: we do not publish dimensions we have not surveyed.
