Yes, you can rent just one part. The Tiki Hut is ~4,000 sq ft under roof that books on its own, without the garden, and that is the size that fits a christening, an intimate birthday or a family lunch of 50 to 150 guests. Taking the full ~22,000 sq ft for that makes no sense and we do not recommend it.
Why not take the whole thing
An 80-person event in ~22,000 sq ft looks empty, and you are paying for surface you do not use. With just the Tiki Hut the group stays together under cover, conversation works, and the budget goes to food and decor instead of square footage. An engagement party or a rehearsal dinner of that size fits here; if you are planning the whole wedding weekend, two nights back to back, that lives on the rehearsal dinner page. If what you're celebrating is the wedding itself, with 30 to 80 guests, it has its own page: small weddings of 30 to 80. Covered and open at once
The structure has a thatched roof but no walls: it is open on all four sides. For a daytime event that means shade without being shut in and without air conditioning, which is exactly what a midday christening or birthday lunch wants. If what you are hosting is a bridal shower or a baby shower, the showers page covers that midday setup. The cabanas are right there
The six furnished cabanas sit in the garden, next to the structure. They are fixed: they come with the property and do not move, so they count in your layout even if you only book the Tiki Hut. For an event with children or older guests they are the rest area that is usually missing.
