Small events

Yes, you can rent just one part. The Pavilion — ~4,000 sq ft under a roof — can be booked on its own, without the Garden, and it's the right size for a christening, an intimate birthday or a family lunch of 50 to 150 guests, according to the layout; confirmed at the site visit. Renting the full ~22,000 sq ft for that makes no sense, and we don't recommend it.

Why not book the whole venue

An 80-person event in ~22,000 sq ft looks empty, and you'd be paying for space you don't use. With just the Pavilion, the group stays together under one roof, conversation flows, and the budget goes to food and decor instead of square footage. It's the right size for an engagement party, a rehearsal dinner, a small wedding of 30 to 80 guests or a Sweet 16 with fewer than ~150 guests — each one has its own page. From about 150 guests up, it makes sense to book the whole venue.

Covered and open at once

The Pavilion has a thatched roof but no walls: it's open on all four sides. For a daytime event, that means shade without feeling shut in and without air conditioning — exactly what a midday christening or birthday lunch needs. The cabanas are right there

The six furnished cabanas sit in the Garden, across the walkway from the Pavilion. They're fixed and come with the property. If you add the Garden to your booking, they become the lounge area that events with children or older guests usually lack.
