Club Wynwood is a private ~22,000 sq ft location with three looks a few steps apart: palms and turf, thatch on timber, and a long paved walkway. You get natural light all day and ~4,000 sq ft of permanent shade for base camp, or for cover if the weather turns.

Three looks, one location

Two rows of real palms, a thatched hip roof and a paved walkway that runs end to end. You change backdrops by walking a few steps, not by moving the unit to another location.

Under the Pavilion: thatch on timber, open on the sides. Set up by a previous production; each event brings its own.

Shade without a tent

The Pavilion gives you ~4,000 sq ft of continuous shade for base camp, crew meals or cover if the weather turns; on a windy day, budget for side walls.
