The Garden

The Garden is ~18,000 sq ft of open-air space in Wynwood, Miami — the largest part of the venue, and the one you can build out freely. A paved walkway runs from the building door to the parking lot, with artificial turf on one side and sand on the other, two rows of real palms, picnic tables and six furnished cabanas.

What's on the ground

A paved walkway runs down the middle, from the building door to the parking lot, with artificial turf on one side and sand on the other. Hedges enclose the property, and fixed picnic tables are already in place. The walkway is firm paving; anything going on the sand is reviewed with you at the site visit. According to the site plan, the walkway is about 15 ft wide and 108 ft long (to be confirmed against the survey). Three different surfaces a few steps apart also let a corporate offsite set up separate zones without moving any furniture.

What your team brings

Production, catering, sound, lighting and any extra furniture. You rent the space, not a package, so your production company knows exactly what it's getting on load-in day.

If it rains

The Garden sits right next to the Pavilion, the ~4,000 sq ft covered space. You can rent them separately or together; book both and the Pavilion becomes your rain plan on the same property, without moving the event.
