The Garden
The Garden is ~18,000 sq ft of continuous outdoor space in Wynwood, Miami: the larger surface of the site and the one that takes an open build. A paved walk runs from the building door down to the parking lot, with artificial turf on the structure's side and sand on the cabanas' side, two rows of real palms, picnic tables and six furnished cabanas.
What's on the ground
A central paved walk from the door to the parking lot, with artificial turf on one side and sand on the other. Perimeter hedges close the site and fixed picnic tables complete the existing furniture. The walk is firm ground: you do not have to solve flooring before you build. The walk is about 15 ft wide by 108 ft long according to the site plan; an approximate figure until it is checked against the survey. Three surfaces a few steps apart is also what a corporate offsite uses to zone the day without moving furniture.
What your team brings
Production, catering, sound, lighting and any extra furniture. You rent the space, not a closed package, which is why a production company knows exactly what it gets on load-in day.
If it rains
The Garden is contiguous with the Tiki Hut, the ~4,000 sq ft covered structure. They rent separately or together: taking both turns the roof into the rain plan for the same site, without moving the event.
