Club Wynwood is an outdoor offsite and corporate retreat venue in Wynwood, Miami: ~18,000 sq ft with paving, artificial turf and sand a few steps apart, six furnished cabanas and ~4,000 sq ft under the Tiki Hut for lunch. It isn't a meeting venue: no breakout rooms, no AV, no projector.
Start with what isn't here
Outdoors there are no meeting rooms, no AV, no projector and no climate control; connectivity gets confirmed on the site visit. You rent the venue empty: your team brings the activities the same way it brings catering. A facilitator, a group-activities company or an activity vendor sets up here with their own gear, and whatever nobody brings isn't there. The outdoor venue — the Garden and the Tiki Hut — can be booked from October 1, 2026. The 15,961 sq ft building rents separately from November 1, and its kitchen is added when catering needs it. Anyone who needs a room with a projector and air conditioning needs a hotel ballroom, not an open-air venue.
Three surfaces, six corners
The three surfaces on the Garden's grounds — paving, artificial turf and sand — sit a few steps from one another, and that is what a team-building facilitator uses without moving a single piece of furniture: the physical exercise on sand, the breakout tables on the firm paving of the walkway, the debrief on turf. Each group changes zone on foot and the day never stops to reset anything. The six furnished cabanas — pergolas with curtains and sofas — are six ready-made seating corners: places to talk, not desks. Cabanas, picnic tables and perimeter hedges are all fixed in place, so the day's floor plan starts from them, not the other way round.
In the shade, not the sun
An October day in Miami is bearable in the shade, not in the sun, so the agenda gets built around the Tiki Hut: ~4,000 sq ft of thatched cover that works as the midday dining room — shaded, no air conditioning — and the only roof outdoors when it rains. It handles rain that falls straight down on its own; open on the sides, it lets wind-driven rain in, so a January offsite should budget for sidewalls. A full buyout holds ~600 standing or ~300 seated; a team of 40 or 80 uses a fraction of that, and for a group that size the Tiki Hut on its own is usually the right booking, as with small events. Sun sessions go early; long work goes under the thatch.
The load-in nobody sees
There are two entrances and they never cross: freight comes in on NW 1st Ct, guests on NW 21st Ct. For an offsite, that matters more than it sounds. The activity vendor unloads, rigs and tests through one gate while the team walks in through the other, and the day's first impression isn't an open truck or half-unpacked crates. There's on-site parking as well, so nobody arriving by car hunts for a spot on the street. What we don't publish yet — electrical service and amperage, the freight gate width, restroom counts, parking spaces and curfew — we walk with you on the site visit and confirm in writing.

Wynwood is not only a mural district: it is a neighbourhood of bars, galleries and shops with its own year-round crowd. These are the figures for the immediate area, the same ones the property is marketed with.
