Graduations

The venue holds ~300 seated or ~600 standing guests — enough for anything from a whole graduating class to a family party. Hold the ceremony or speeches in the Garden and dinner under the covered Pavilion; its ~4,000 sq ft roof handles Miami's May and June rain.

It rains in May and June

Graduation season in Miami overlaps with the start of the rainy season. An outdoor party in those weeks needs a better plan B than “fingers crossed”: here it's ~4,000 sq ft of permanent roof, with no tent and no change of venue.

Speeches outside, dinner under cover

The two spaces sit side by side and share the walkway, so you can do the standing part — speeches, photos, toasts — in the Garden and then move to a seated dinner under the Pavilion without anyone leaving the property. That removes the awkward gap that usually breaks the flow of the night.

Your supplier, your budget

There's no mandatory caterer and no required vendor. At a graduation, where several families often split the cost, being able to choose your caterer and your price changes the whole budget.
