Capacity and layouts
Club Wynwood takes ~600 people standing or ~300 seated across the whole ~22,000 sq ft site. The gap is not a trick: with round tables, a dance floor and service, the same surface yields roughly half. Capacity for your specific layout is confirmed at the technical visit.
Why 600 and 300 differ so much
A person standing at a cocktail takes roughly a third of what they take seated at a round table, counting their share of table and the service aisle. Add a dance floor, a stage and a bar and the usable surface drops again. That is why no serious venue gives you a single figure.
Separately or combined
The Garden (~18,000 sq ft) and the Tiki Hut (~4,000 sq ft) rent separately or together. The ~600 and ~300 figures are for the whole site; if you take only one, capacity drops in proportion to the surface you use. They are contiguous and share the walk, so combined they work as a single site. A standing party with a DJ — a Sweet 16, say — uses the surface differently from a banquet, which is why it is measured against the standing figure, not the seated one. Capacity per layout — yours, with your floor plan — is surveyed at the technical visit along with power, load-in, parking and curfew, and delivered in writing. The figures on this page are owner approximations, not a survey measurement, and are marked with “~” throughout the spec sheet.

The ratios are standard event-planning figures, and the result never exceeds the venue's stated capacity: if the arithmetic allows more than the site takes, the calculator says so.
