Club Wynwood holds ~600 people standing or ~300 seated across the whole ~22,000 sq ft venue. The difference isn't a trick: once you add round tables, a dance floor and service aisles, the same space fits roughly half as many people. Capacity for your specific layout is confirmed at the site visit.

A standing guest at a cocktail party takes up roughly a third of the space of a guest seated at a round table, once you count their share of the table and the service aisle. Add a dance floor, a stage and a bar, and the usable space shrinks again. That's why no serious venue gives you a single number.
The Garden (~18,000 sq ft) and the Pavilion (~4,000 sq ft) can be rented separately or together. The ~600 and ~300 figures are for the whole venue; if you book only one space, capacity drops in proportion. The two spaces sit side by side and share the walkway, so together they work as one venue. A standing party with a DJ — a Sweet 16, for example — uses space differently from a banquet, so it's measured against the standing figure, not the seated one.
