The Tiki Hut
The Tiki Hut is ~4,000 sq ft of covered structure: a four-hipped thatched roof on nine timber posts, open on all four sides. It is the site's permanent shade zone and the rain plan for your date, without changing venue. For vertical rain it is enough on its own; with wind you will want the sides closed.

Why it matters in Miami
An outdoor date in Miami depends on the sky. ~4,000 sq ft under roof means the event has somewhere to go without cancelling. The cover is permanent and already there: for vertical rain it is enough on its own, and with wind you will want the sides closed. Booked on its own, without the garden, it's also the format for a small wedding of 30 to 80: ceremony, dinner and dancing under the same thatch.
Open on all sides
It is not a room: there is no enclosure. That keeps ventilation and visual continuity with the Garden, and it is why the site reads as one space rather than two. It books on its own, without the garden: for a small event or a Sweet 16 under ~150 guests it is usually the right size.
Rigging and heights
The structure is thatch on timber. Eave and ridge heights, and any hung load, are measured and approved at the technical visit: we do not publish dimensions we have not surveyed.
