You can rent Club Wynwood for the rehearsal dinner and the rest of your wedding weekend in Wynwood, Miami. Friday's dinner goes under the covered Pavilion, which is also your rain plan, and the after-party goes in the Garden: two spaces side by side at one address. We don't sell food: you hire your own caterer.

We don't sell food

A rehearsal dinner usually ends up in a restaurant's private dining room, where the restaurant sets the terms: its menu, its bar and a food-and-beverage minimum you have to meet even if the guest list shrinks. We don't sell food, so you choose the caterer, the menu and the real guest count. What you book is the space, and that has a flip side: the outdoor rental includes no tableware, no linens and no service staff. All of that comes with your caterer, who knows best what a seated dinner needs. We provide the ground, the shade and the address; your team sets the table.

Friday under the Pavilion, Saturday in the garden

The two spaces are side by side, but they feel very different. The Pavilion is ~4,000 sq ft under a thatched hip roof, open on all four sides; it handles sun and straight-down rain on its own, and on a windy date you should budget for side walls. With the lights down low, it works as a dining room. A Friday rehearsal dinner under the Pavilion and a Saturday after-party across the ~18,000 sq ft Garden happen at the same address without feeling like the same event, with one site visit for both setups. The two setups use different spaces but share the entrance walkway, so the order and timing of the two nights are planned at the site visit.

For the family flying in on Thursday

At a destination wedding, out-of-town family arrives on Thursday or Friday, and the first event on the calendar — the welcome party — is the one that brings everyone together. MIA is about 16 minutes away (other drive times are on the Why Wynwood page). Wynwood Walls is about a four-minute walk, so guests who arrive early have a neighborhood to explore on foot instead of a hotel lobby. Parking is on site. Vendors load in from NW 1st Ct while guests arrive on NW 21st Ct, so the catering truck never crosses paths with guests, who at a welcome party arrive over a couple of hours.

A backup kitchen, and the engagement party

There's no kitchen outdoors. The building — rented separately and available from November 1, 2026 — has a small kitchen (an island, a two-door fridge, a microwave and cabinets), not a commercial kitchen. If your caterer needs to cook on site, that's handled with mobile equipment and agreed at the site visit. Club Wynwood holds its own liquor license, and there's an area to set up a bar; bar service is agreed at the site visit. An engagement party follows a different calendar: it happens months earlier, has no ceremony or timeline, and uses only one of the two spaces, standing.
