Rehearsal dinner venue in Wynwood

Club Wynwood rents the venue for the rehearsal dinner and the rest of the wedding weekend in Wynwood, Miami. Friday's dinner goes under the covered Tiki Hut, which doubles as the rain plan, and the after-party in the garden: two adjacent spaces at one address. We do not sell food: you hire your own caterer.

The Tiki Hut set up as a lounge with a bar: the same roof that hosts Friday's dinner.

We do not sell food

A rehearsal dinner usually ends up in a restaurant's private dining room, and there the restaurant sets the terms: their menu, their bar and an F&B minimum you have to hit even if the guest list shrinks. We do not sell food, so you pick the caterer: your menu, your vendor and your real guest count. What you book is the space, and that has a flip side: the outdoor rental includes no tableware, no linens and no service staff. All of that comes with the caterer, who knows best what a seated dinner needs. The venue provides the ground, the shade and the address; your team provides the table.

Friday under the Tiki Hut, Saturday in the garden

The two spaces sit side by side, but they do not feel alike. The Tiki Hut is ~4,000 sq ft under a four-sided thatch roof, open on all four sides. For sun and vertical rain it is enough on its own; on a windy date, budget for side enclosures. With the lighting down it works as a dining room. A Friday rehearsal dinner under the Tiki Hut and a Saturday after-party across the ~18,000 sq ft of garden happen at one address without looking like the same event, with one site visit and one point of contact. The two load-ins do not sit on the same ground, though they share the entrance walk: the order and timing between the two nights are planned at the site visit.

The group that lands on Thursday

At a destination wedding the out-of-town family lands on Thursday or Friday, and the first date on the calendar, the welcome party, is the one that sorts everyone out. MIA is about 16 minutes away; the rest of the neighbourhood's travel times are on the Why Wynwood page. Wynwood Walls is about a four-minute walk, so guests who arrive early have a neighbourhood to explore on foot instead of a hotel lobby. Parking is on site. Load-in runs off NW 1st Ct while guests arrive on NW 21st Ct: the catering truck never crosses paths with your guests, who at a welcome party trickle in over two hours.

A support kitchen, and the engagement party

Outdoors there is no kitchen. The building, rented separately and available from November 1, 2026, has a support kitchen — an island, a two-door fridge, a microwave and cabinets — not a production kitchen. If your caterer needs to cook on site, that is solved with mobile equipment and settled at the site visit. Club Wynwood holds its own liquor license, and there is a dedicated area for the bar setup; beverage service is settled at the visit. An engagement party runs on a different calendar: it comes months earlier, with no ceremony and no timeline, and uses just one of the two spaces, standing. If it is 50 to 150 guests, the small events page explains how to book just the Tiki Hut.
